98 Octane helps Military, Veterans, and First Responders live longer, stronger, healthier lives. We provide free education, coaching, and tools that empower our nation’s protectors to rebuild their health, fight chronic illness, and strengthen their families and communities. Our mission is to fuel the well-being of those who spent their lives serving others.

98 Octane is a veteran-founded nonprofit dedicated to ending the health crisis impacting our Military, Veterans, and First Responders (MFRs). Too many heroes are struggling with chronic disease, burnout, and preventable health decline after years of service. We deliver high-impact wellness education, training, and community support—at no cost—to the people who need it most.

Our work includes:

• Free health manuals distributed directly to firehouses, police departments, barracks, and veteran groups
• A growing online learning platform offering practical, science-backed wellness training
• In-person events, workshops, and community programs
• Content campaigns that raise awareness of the MFR health crisis and connect people to real solutions

We serve active-duty personnel, veterans, first responders, and their families—helping them take back control of their physical, mental, and financial well-being. Every volunteer helps us expand our reach and impact.
