About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Assistant Project Manager to support project execution and operational coordination. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow into a full Project Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Support PM with scheduling and documentation.
- Track progress and monitor deadlines.
- Assist with budgeting and reporting.
- Coordinate meetings and action items.
- Facilitate communication across teams.
Qualifications
- 0–5 years experience in project coordination or related fields.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Slack, or similar tools (training available).
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
