    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly organized Assistant Project Manager to support project execution and operational coordination. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow into a full Project Manager position.

    Responsibilities

    • Support PM with scheduling and documentation.
    • Track progress and monitor deadlines.
    • Assist with budgeting and reporting.
    • Coordinate meetings and action items.
    • Facilitate communication across teams.

    Qualifications

    • 0–5 years experience in project coordination or related fields.
    • Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Slack, or similar tools (training available).
    • Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
