This role requires independent clinical practice in California and experience providing care in community-based or non-traditional settings.

This leadership role requires independent clinical practice in California and experience working in community-based or non-traditional settings. • Lead and supervise volunteer medical teams during street medicine and outreach events
    • Support volunteer training and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
    • Coordinate with staff on patient navigation, follow-up, and care planning
    • Contribute to strategy discussions around program development and best practices for serving marginalized populations

    What we’re looking for:

    • Active California NP (103/104 certification), D.O., M.D., or P.A. license required
    • Experience in street medicine, mobile clinics, or community-based care
    • Skilled in training, mentoring, and supervising clinical/volunteer teams
    • Experience working with people experiencing homelessness or other vulnerable groups
    • Strong commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
