Who You Are:
- The Emerging Professional: Perfect for recent college grads (Law, Poly-Sci, or Business) or anyone looking to build a professional portfolio.
- A "People Person": You’re comfortable communicating via email and representing the organization to the public.
- Community-Driven: You want to contribute your time to a cause that matters and help the LGBTQ+ community thrive.
More than just a title or a resume builder, this role is about showing up for the community when it matters most. We are at a pivotal moment for LGBTQ+ rights in Tennessee, and our organization is growing fast to meet that need. We don't just want someone to 'fill a seat'—we want a partner who is passionate about helping us grow, reaching more people, and creating a safer, more vibrant state for all of us.
If you’ve been looking for a way to turn your skills into real-world impact and help lead our community toward a brighter future, we want to hear from you. Let’s grow together.
