Ether Recruiting Group, LLC (ERG) is a for profit staffing firm. Our purpose are to provide Human Capital consulting and procurement (e.g. Human Resources consulting, Talent Acquisition recruiting human capital, sourcing human capital, Candidate compensation consulting etc.) services to businesses and individuals.

Our goals are to bridge the gap between LGBTQ, women, homeless, underemployed and entry-level candidates' access to achieve their goals of procuring employment that will lead them to a career. Employment is a vital tool in bridging the gap between rich and poor.

We work with major Employer brands that are willing to train and skill-up candidates to attain their goals of reaching career milestones. However, when we place a candidate with an employer, the ball is in the candidate's court to reach his or her career milestones by successfully working towards that goal.
