New Leadership Group

The New Leadership Group (NLG) recruits and assists leaders of mission-driven institutions. We do this by offering three related but distinct services:

1) Executive Search -- To find and attract candidates with vision, skill, and insight 2) Coaching – To recognize and evaluate critical leadership skills; to help committees build consensus toward productive decisions; and to help new hires succeed 3) Research – To formulate a competency model for current and future leaders; to design a customized recruitment process incorporating best practices and the needs, tradition, and culture of the institution
