Role Overview

Skybil is looking for a Cybersecurity Instructor to lead our comprehensive Cybersecurity track. In this long-term revenue-sharing partnership (contractor/freelancer), you will be responsible for mentoring the next generation of security professionals, helping them build real-world corporate simulated projects, and mastering the core domains required for modern cybersecurity operations.

Teaching Tracks

Any of the following below:

• Security/SOC Analysis: Mastering core security operations center workflows, incident response, log analysis, and threat detection mechanisms.
• Penetration Testing / Ethical Hacking: Conducting vulnerability assessments, exploitation techniques, and understanding defensive posturing through offensive simulation.
• Security Engineering: Building, maintaining, and automating secure infrastructure, implementing cryptographic controls, and establishing robust security architectures.
• Threat Intelligence/Security Research: Analyzing advanced persistent threats (APTs), malware analysis, and leveraging dark web monitoring or threat feeds to proactively defend organizations.

Requirements

3yrs+ Technical Mastery: Expert in SOC Analysis, Penetration Testing, Security Engineering, or Threat Intelligence frameworks and tools.

Clear Communicator: Ability to simplify and teach complex technical security concepts.

Growth Mindset: Motivated by a 25%–40% revenue-share business model.
