San Diego MetaMorphosis Collective

About The Metamorphosis Collective

The Metamorphosis Collective is a growing, San Diego-based recovery community dedicated to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive space for people navigating recovery in all its forms.

Our mission is to help people find connection, community, and encouragement throughout their recovery journeys, regardless of their background, experiences, or where they are in the process. We welcome people pursuing recovery from alcohol, drugs, and other life challenges, as well as those seeking personal growth, understanding, and meaningful connection.

We are LGBTQIA+ inclusive and committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and free to show up as themselves. Our community is being built around the belief that recovery doesn't have to happen alone and that every person's story deserves a place.

In addition to our broader recovery community, we host online Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings for those interested in the AA program.

As a new, independently organized community initiative, we are building our foundation and looking for passionate volunteers who want to help us grow. We welcome individuals interested in community management, administrative support, technology, moderation, outreach, and other areas that can help us create a sustainable and accessible community.

Our vision is to grow into a supportive network where people can connect, share experiences, discover resources, and support one another through life's changes.
