Kitchen Cheeks

COOKING-FIRST, ARTS & CRAFTS-LED COLLECTIVE, URGENTLY CULTIVATING OUR PLAYGROUND AWAY FROM CONSUMERISM.

Currently testing out the pilot of our future cultural cooperative, we started with a collective cooking format only, taking over art spaces and cafés in Berlin then Porto, to come together to cook and eat. We have grown into having our own collectively managed studio space, run for us by us, where we meet around cooking, and get to practice arts and crafts, individually and collectively. Rooted in the DIY, slow food and post-capitalist movements, we reclaim a desirable society where everyone is hands-on and contributes to our collective wealth.
