Position Overview
Wright Collective is a small philanthropic agency dedicated to advancing impactful initiatives. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and assist with the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mission-driven work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
- Prepare and organize materials for various meetings, presentations, and communications as deemed necessary by CEO
- Track follow-ups, priorities, and action items from CEO’s speaking engagements, workshops, and volunteer leadership roles
- Coordinate all CEO travel with Operations Specialist
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage email inboxes and routine correspondence
- Organize digital files and maintain document systems in Google drive for CEO activities only
- Assist with expense tracking and basic financial administration with the Operations Manager
- Coordinate event logistics when needed with Operations Specialist
Partnerships Support
- Help prepare briefing materials for meetings with various partners and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency preferred with WIX, Canva, Powerpoint, Vimeo, Asana, Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoho, and virtual meeting platforms
- Experience supporting nonprofit leadership or boards is a plus
- Experience supporting social justice causes and movements
