    Descripción

RAD Campaign (RAD) is hiring a part-time Digital Project Coordinator who has experience project managing websites (especially on Drupal and WordPress), digital marketing, and campaigns. This is a fully remote, 20-hour-a-week position with the opportunity to grow into a full time role.

If you're looking to use your digital marketing, account, and project management skills to help stop the world from imploding, and team up with some of the best nonprofits and campaigns on the planet (Defenders of Wildlife, Brady Campaign, National LGBTQ Task Force, Communications Workers of America, Clean Water Action, and lots more), you'll love working at RAD.

So much in the world is at stake right now. For us, it’s personal — and it’s the organizations we get to work with every single day that can help change the future and right this ship. RAD Campaign is deeply committed to organizations that want to change the world, and socially responsible businesses that want to claim their corner of it.

We’re relentless in our pursuit for social and racial justice, as well as laws and policies to support reproductive rights and bodily autonomy, the LGBTQ+ community, democracy, and human rights. We fight for legislation to protect our planet from the climate crisis. We mobilize people-powered movements across the U.S. to fight for labor reform, real healthcare reform, and much, much more.

We also incubate our own nonprofit, Women Who Tech, where we fund underrepresented women-led startups who have been historically overlooked. We conduct our own studies on issues that are important to us, such as voter disenfranchisement, online harassment, online privacy, and the systemic challenges and barriers women in tech continue to face even after the rise of the #MeToo movement.

Come join our RAD team as a Digital Project Coordinator!

    Job Responsibilities

The Digital Project Coordinator will play a key role in directly supporting our clients and teams, with a focus on account and project management (75%) and digital strategy, including SEO and AIO, content strategy, and ads management (25%) for our clients and our own agency marketing.

You're able to guide clients and conversations with ease, feel right at home creating and tracking project schedules, and are meticulous with project management details. Content marketing and creative campaign ideas come second nature, and you're excited to coordinate digital campaigns on email, social media, and across digital channels. Most importantly, you’ll be an integral part of our team — to help the agency ramp up and support our clients’ success!

We’re a tight, nimble, and mighty team. This is a hands-on role for the right person, with a can-do attitude and a hunger to help the world. Responsibilities include:

    Account & Project Management

    • Serve as point of contact on projects for clients and our internal teams, to coordinate and facilitate successful project timelines, production, and delivery.
    • Create project timelines for multi-month website redesign projects and smaller maintenance work, managing the queue for RAD's developers and designers in coordination with other RAD PMs.
    • Schedule client and team meetings, and regular check-ins to keep projects on track.
    • Coordinate and manage Kickoff and Discovery phases — including compiling and distributing consolidated summary notes, highlighting high-level ideas and action items for clients and the RAD team.
    • Support ongoing web maintenance clients by tracking development tasks and backlog.
    • Estimate budgets, validated by past project analysis and input from team members.

    Digital Content & Marketing

    • Work with clients to support digital content — including ideation, management, copywriting, SEO and AIO, website guidance, training, or other areas as needed.
    • Manage digital marketing for RAD clients, including digital strategy, content, and ads management across digital channels.

    We’re Looking for Someone Who:

    • Has at least 3-4 years of experience in digital, account & project management, ideally including with agencies, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations.
    • Works well in a fast paced environment, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and can adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently.
    • Detail oriented and loves figuring out puzzles and making the pieces fit together.
    • Can be creative, multitask, and meet deadlines (and encourage the team to as well!).
    • Creates solutions to help clients stay on time and within budget.
    • Knowledgeable about WordPress, Drupal, and website CMS platforms.
    • Familiar with web accessibility best practices (WCAG) including creating accessible content and working with developers to improve compliance.
    • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, and website analytics (GA4).
    • Familiar with GitHub and collaborating with developers to support projects.
    • Experienced in managing and updating nonprofit websites such as updating content and graphics, documenting bugs for developers, etc. Familiar with CRM systems used by nonprofits such as Salesforce, Engaging Networks, EveryAction, etc would be ideal.
    • A team player, and also a self-starter who can work independently.
    • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.

    Our RAD Culture

We have an awesome culture at RAD Campaign and value people over profits. Think startup/boutique agency but with a lot of heart and empathy and without the brogrammer culture, or working nights and weekends. We're:

    • Fun, creative and social.
    • Activist driven, Anti-Racist, and LGBTQIA+ friendly.
    • Vegetarian-friendly, animal loving and environmentally conscious.
    • Innovative, analytical, and strategy-driven.
    • Supportive, generous, flexible, compassionate, honest and transparent.
    • Foodie loving and coffee-obsessed.
    • Hands on, but not micromanaging.

    RAD Benefits

RAD Campaign is fully remote and offers flexible schedules. Need to pick your kiddo up at school in the middle of the day a few times a week — no problem. Want to go see a concert in the afternoon because your favorite band is performing — that’s cool too. As long as you communicate your schedule in advance and meet your deadlines, that's all that really matters.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

    • Employee Health insurance - RAD will cover half of the premium for this PT position.
    • 401K matching
    • Quarterly bonuses
    • Commission on new contracts you bring in
    • Vacation and personal/sick leave
    • Monthly office expense stipend
    • Wellness spending benefit (join a gym, get a bike, pamper yourself at a spa)

    Compensation

The salary for this role is $30K–$35K annually for 20 hours per week, plus quarterly bonuses.

    Our Values

Our nonprofit clients come from all walks of life, and so do we. We value diversity, equity, and inclusion; those values are woven into every aspect of our company — from the staff we hire to the clients we work with to the programs and campaigns we launch to help make the world a more just and better place to live.

Our company is stronger because of our respect and compassion for the individual differences, lived experiences, and self-expression of our communities. We celebrate, advocate, and create space for people of all races, ethnicities, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, nations of origin, ages, languages, veteran statuses, religions, and disabilities. As Audre Lorde said, "It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences."

Note: Please apply through Idealist where we human beings (not AI) will be reviewing all applications. We promise to get back to all candidates and you will not be ghosted. Given the volume of applications it may take some time for us to follow back up with you. Thanks for understanding.
