    • Track time, document work plans, and provide updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders in accordance with firm’s workflows.
    • Inform annual conferences with enrollment programs around the country.
    • Support backbone operations and administrative duties including coordinating internal/external schedules and planning meeting agendas.
    • Provide infrastructural support and capacity building to the leadership of the firm including work planning; implementation planning; identification of training needs; and developing forms, processes, Excel tracking documents, Salesforce CRM data entry, reporting, developing workflows, and other processes to support operations.
    • Support staff in brainstorming approaches, editing content, and developing training materials in PowerPoint or other adult learning platforms as needed.
    • Identify and elevate best practices, trends, and program issues to senior management in an organized way.
    • Travel to our Sacramento, CA headquarters at least bi-annually.
    • Other duties as assigned
