    Descripción

    The Head of Sales will lead Charidy’s sales function, driving revenue growth by acquiring, developing, and retaining nonprofit and organizational partners. This leader will design and implement sales strategies, manage a high-performing sales team, and work cross-functionally to align with Charidy’s mission, product roadmap, and client success.

    The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an inspiring team builder, and a proven sales leader with deep experience in SaaS, fundraising solutions, or nonprofit development.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Strategy

    • Develop and execute Charidy’s sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets.
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team .
    • Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track progress, pipeline, and performance.
    • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align sales strategy with Charidy’s long-term vision and growth goals.

    Business Development

    • Drive new business opportunities with nonprofits, foundations, and corporate partners.
    • Cultivate relationships with leaders and decision-makers in the philanthropic ecosystem.
    • Expand Charidy’s reach into new markets, verticals, and regions.

    Revenue & Growth

    • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline management, deal negotiation, and closing.
    • Oversee pricing, proposals, and contracting with a focus on value creation for partners.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns and sales collateral that generate leads and support conversions.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work with Product to align client needs and market trends with product innovation.
    • Partner with Client Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term client satisfaction.
    • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to inform company strategy.
