About JOIN Strategies
JOIN Strategies is a communications agency that helps progressive initiatives reach and mobilize the right people to build their movements.
Since our founding in 2019, JOIN Strategies has been committed to working with communities, movements, and policymakers to reform and reimagine the U.S. healthcare system. Through that work, we have helped patients become advocates in the fight to protect lower drug prices; exposed the pharmaceutical industry’s abuse of intellectual property; defended funding for Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act; combated the WTO’s barriers to medicines access; moved Nevadans, Arizonans, Wisconsinsites, and New Yorkers to participate in critical elections and more.
At JOIN Strategies we strive to increase diversity, equity, inclusion and justice in all elements of our work. We recruit, employ, train, compensate, and promote regardless of race, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity (including gender nonconformity and status as a transgender individual), age, physical or mental disability, post-secondary educational status, citizenship, genetic information, past, current, or prospective service in the uniformed services, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law. We strongly encourage members of historically underrepresented and marginalized communities to apply.
Candidates should be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English across written, verbal, and video formats. Spanish language skills are highly valued but not required for the role.
