I've been working in the Non-Profit Business since 2016. The type of consulting I do is, Human Resources Management (All aspects, Compensation Study, Benefits Design, Personnel investigations, Organizational Assessment, Employee Handbook, and Employee Engagement). I also assist in the development of DEI/ Race and Social Justice Initiatives. All of my clients have been in Non Profit only.
