Inclusive Economics

Inclusive Economics is a small, dynamic mission-driven consulting firm working at the intersection of climate change, equity, and labor. We work with labor unions, philanthropic foundations, state agencies, cities, and non-profit organizations to provide the research and advising to ensure that climate policy benefits working people. In realizing more diverse benefits of climate action, we seek to grow and diversify political support for better and more aggressive climate policy.

To do this, we become experts in the different sectors where emission reductions are needed — power, transportation, industry, buildings, and natural/working lands. We study the known technological and policy solutions to understand the workforce needs and impacts, and we go beyond the known solutions to identify opportunities for a more equitable industrial and economic transition.
