We are an agency of lawyers, policy experts, technology analysts and applied ethicists working to protect those who need us.

We think that fundamental rights and democratic controls should be defended and extended where data, technology, law & policy meet. This isn’t abstract, it’s about all of us being able to trust technology and those who wield it in a time of digital transformation.

We provide legal, consultancy and public policy services. We’ve worked with the UN, EU, ICRC, and on agenda-setting cases such as the successful prosecution of Cambridge Analytica and the claim against Google’s adtech system.

We work with international organisations, governments, companies, charities, universities, think tanks & individuals. We balance our commercial practice with giving those less-resourced a voice.
