Paloma & Associates is a sole proprietorship focused on eliminating all financial and technical barriers which prevent access to peer-reviewed scholarly journals worldwide. This includes medical research, scientific and technical research, as well as scholarship in the humanities and social sciences.

I speak and write on these issues at conferences and online at events like: American Library Association, Conference of Open Access Scholarly Publishing, Society for Scholarly Publishers, National Information Standards Organization (NISO), and Wikimania.

I consult for scholarly publishers, but will only take on projects with publishers who are fully devoted to bringing about a full transition to Open Access to their peer-reviewed journals.
