VLS Strategies is a multi-service consultancy practice that offers strategic direction, relationship management, resource allocation and other services for non-profit organizations, start up companies and small businesses. For non-profit organizations, we work with each client to determine their needs at the particular moment in time and focus on accomplish able goals, both short and long term. Some clients may need assistance setting up a department, including recruitment, and structural advice, while others may need major gifts strategy and Board management, while still others may require on line marketing assistance. Additional services include staff evaluation, staff and board retreat organization and staffing, special events, leadership and senior management coaching.

About Victoria Silverman

Victoria has had an amazing 25 + year career. She has managed all aspects of fundraising, marketing, and communications across various fields including symphony orchestras, major universities, film, biotech and more. She has worked with heads of state, CEOs of major corporations, scientists, movie stars and leaders of industry. In 2002, Silverman launched her private practice, VLS Strategies in order to accommodate the requests of many of her many friends and business relationships. VLS Strategies is a consultancy practice focused on assisting non-profit management, start-up companies, and small businesses. Specific areas of practice include relationship management, organizational restructuring and board building, event management, branding and marketing.
