 VLC is a minority woman-owned business and since 2015, has leveraged sector knowledge and experience to support over 70 high-performing entities (nonprofits, municipalities, philanthropy) during change, by providing high-caliber strategic thought-partnership, interim executive bandwidth, talent development, and leadership search. 

 VLC is a partnership of strategic thinkers and hard workers who aim to add value while joining the organization in the trenches. It is leadership that is invested in the organization, working together to create new models, implement never-before-seen programs, and handle the existing workload.
