We are a small but mighty team headquartered in Richmond, Virginia with clients all over the Mid-Atlantic region. All consultants are hands-on and facilitate, write, analyze, and project manage our strategy and change projects. Our commitment is values-based change management and our passions are culture, strategy, change, and community. We center community engagement and equity in all of our work. The majority of our clients are nonprofit organizations.
