The resources that marginalized communities need for their people to thrive are gatekept.

Out of the annual $400 billion of foundation endowment funds, less than 1% goes to women of color and trans or gender-nonconforming people.

Our mission is to increase the flow of capital to historically marginalized communities by equipping community leaders with the skills and resources necessary to secure funding, develop lasting infrastructure, and sustain their important work.

We focus primarily on organizations for and by people of color and LGBTQIA2+ people, and “hard-to-fund” issues (e.g., harm reduction, gender-affirming care, ending cash bail).

We provide the following services:
