DXLabs is a service organization which helps nonprofits build better relationships with their donors. The bulk of our work is with websites, helping organizations build better donors and generally transform the way donor relationships are created and maintained. Just like the disciplines of UX (User Experience) and CX (Customer Experience) revolutionized the web and ecommerce, we look to bring the same lessons and expertise to the nonprofit world to build better Donor Experiences (DX), strengthening and deepening the relationships organizations have with their donors and vice versa.
