Center for Equity and Inclusion is a national consulting business that focuses on equity, diversity and inclusion transformation with organizations.  We are change agents and seekers of a better, more inclusive world.

Founded in 2015 in Portland, Oregon, Center for Equity and Inclusion is a minority owned specialized firm working nationwide across sectors with experience working in the public, private, philanthropic sectors, non-profit and educational sectors.  Our mission is to transform the spaces we work and live in so that all people can experience a sense of inclusion and belonging. 

With over 20 years of collective expertise, our model integrates assessment, learning, tool-building, strategy, and implementation support to holistically equip organization in sustaining equity efforts and creating organizational cultures where people thrive.
