Founded in 2014 by former McCann Worldgroup advertising executives Dr. Raj Pannu and Eric Verkerke, Emergence is a global creative agency dedicated to social impact. 

Based in New York City, Emergence works with public, private, and civil society organizations that serve the common good around the world. By crystallizing complex arguments into compelling and perspective-shaping brands and narratives, Emergence develops and executes innovative creative campaigns that build connections, shift behavior, and advocate for change. The critical focus areas of the organization include: global development, public health, innovation, social justice, and the environment.
