We are a small business positioning ourselves for growth, founded 2002 and investing in our new business model. 

Over years, we have developed a line of low-tech management products serving the lower-middle market and mid-size businesses. Each management product is a set of insights, tools, and practices that combine to produce the promised results when used as directed. (It’s not software or IT.) 

Our flagship product is a management system that generates higher cash flow, new cash, and higher throughput for the business by engaging the workforce to pay attention to -- and fulfill -- what matters most in creating value.

As much as possible, we intend to bring our management products to social enterprises, as well as serving other companies.

Our Mission is: To multiply the positive human, social, and environmental impact of our clients by contributing to their superior business performance.  To do so at a scale that meaningfully contributes to bring about Our Vision: a world where what we now call the “green economy” is just “the economy.”
