We provide public and private businesses with a wide range of auditing, accounting, tax, consulting, bankruptcy and restructuring services as well as litigation and corporate financial advisory services to domestic and international clients.

Our firm is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). The firm’s latest inspection report from the PCAOB for 2011 had no adverse findings, which is the best possible result. In addition in the firm’s latest peer review report, for the year ended June 30, 2011, Marks Paneth received a “pass” (an unqualified, or clean, report), which is the highest rating possible.
