In this role you will oversee the implementation and ongoing management of employee benefit programs, provide top-notch client service, and develop meaningful ongoing relationships with both our client leadership teams, and their valuable employees.
Your work will have a direct impact on the humans we serve and will drive the overall mission of Blackbird break the mold of cookie-cutter service and automation so rampant in our industry.

Salary & Benefits: Salary range is $80-95,000, depending on experience, and includes a generous benefits package, PTO and 401(k).
