SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to help grow Dreamando's online presence, engage students worldwide, and strengthen our brand across multiple digital platforms.

What You'll Do

As our Social Media Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Dreamando's mission.
• Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Write compelling captions and social copy.
• Design or coordinate graphics, short-form videos, and other visual content.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities to create timely, relevant content.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the content and community teams to amplify campaigns and student success stories.
• Track social media performance and provide insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Writes excellent English.
• Understands how different social media platforms work.
• Has strong organizational and time management skills.
• Is creative, proactive, and enjoys generating new ideas.
• Can work independently while collaborating with a growing team.
• Is passionate about education, international opportunities, or building online communities.
