Vibras (Spanish for vibes) is a meditation program designed specifically for children. A multistage class brings awareness to the energy in the body and then focuses it during meditation. Vibras incorporates energization, breathing and concentration all supported by a child friendly theme.
Our mission is to create a new generation that is more loving, compassionate, and grateful by making meditation a core part of every child’s daily life.
