Our mission is to democratize short film discovery and distribution. We built (and patented) a social media film festival that is the most fair way to recognize short films possible. It gives the power of discovery and distribution to artists and film fans. Our hope is that this will positively affect the nature of film production and online/ mobile media culture. Our mission is to recognize the film "stories that move" audiences to think, act, and feel "up from the underground." The current site (www.digipops.tv) is a private alpha. We are working on the public beta now. We are a small, self-funded, team.
