Palo Alto Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Center offers 24 hour skilled nursing care, under the supervision of our Medical Director and attending physician. We provide comprehensive skilled nursing care and progressive therapy treatment plans. We also, offer an array of activities for our seniors, and would like to expand our activity program. As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to put your unique skills and abilities to good use by helping to put a smile on someone's face.
