Our crowdfunding platform targets the East African market and has now become the largest crowdfunding platform in Africa. Growth has predominantly by word of mouth and the platforms reach is mostly Nairobi, Kenya. To support a wider audience, we seek a digital marketer / communications expert to help us increase our presence and help more individuals, organisations and businesses to raise funds effectively.
The majority of our fundraising activity goes directly towards medical expenses since health insurance and public services are minimal across the region. As a result, funds raised are directly impacting most pressing community needs. Other types of fundraising includes school fees, funeral costs and community fundraisers.
