We always do the right thing for our patients, we listen and genuinely care about their well-being and we welcome them with open arms and a warm smile. We are proud to be part of La Diferencia (The Difference) Hospice and the level of service we provide to our patients and our community. We bring energy and enthusiasm to the work we do. I have worked as a volunteer coordinator and an LMSW for the last 9 years and I am happy to announce the ability to provide our patients with: We Honor Veterans - Veteran to Veteran Program, Student Internships of various disciplines, honoring patient's Final Wish, Pet therapy intervention, Music therapy intervention, Art intervention and Life Review. The Difference is La Diferencia providing a higher level of quality to all our patients and families.
