    Harmony Hospice’s mission is to focus on providing programs and services to meet the end of life care needs to residents of our community. We strive to be a leader and an example to the community by providing state of the art hospice care. We will build open and honest communication. We will embrace and drive change and pursue growth and learning. We will be compassionate and determined in the treatment and care of persons facing the end of life and also with family members during bereavement.
