Corewood Care is a premier Care Management and Home Care company dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized care services. Our team of highly trained professionals delivers compassionate and holistic care tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. We partner with The Villages - village movement of seniors helping seniors age in place by volunteering with community outreach, education and volunteer during their annual flu shot clinics. We are also a member of the board of directors of the Chevy Chase at Home - local non profit helping seniors age in place. Corewood also leads Aging Solo programs to help senior citizens across Montgomery County providing them with the tools and resources needed when navigating aging and one's next chapter in life. We continuously strive to work with our community to raise awareness and educate professionals/ non-professionals about illnesses affecting our geriatric community.
