Compassion, Care, Independence The Mission of Liberty Home Care and Hospice is to provide cost effective, quality services that will achieve optimal outcomes through hands on care by compassionate, honest and trustworthy volunteers and staff at a time of change in the life of patients and their families.

Hospice focuses on caring, not curing. Our approach is to regard the end of life as as the final phase of life, when cure is no longer possible and the health care team, the patient and family focus on each day and comfort measures.
It is about how you live! Liberty Hospice focuses on the life one lives and how we say goodbye.
