At Al FreshCo, we strive to make responsibly grown food accessible to all.

We do this by finding farmers who raise food in an ecologically sound manner, who strive to contribute to community wellbeing through food, and who are excited about building a resilient regional food system. We come up with meal offerings entirely dictated by the available harvest from our network of farmers; and make vegan meal kits out of these vegetables for consumers to cook at home. By offering convenience in accessing responsibly produced foods, we strive to empower community members to vote with their dollars for a healthy, efficient, and resilient regional food system, while supporting responsible farmers by offering a consistent, alternative market, thereby decreasing on farm food waste, and increasing farmer economic stability.
