Brown Reentry Consulting LLC

Brown Reentry Consulting LLC was founded in 2021 by Brian Brown, a formerly incarcerated man who found his first real opportunity post-release working as a job coach in the disability field. That experience revealed a deep gap in services for people who, like him, were navigating reentry—and for people who also lived with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Brown Reentry Consulting was born from that insight.

We are a mission-driven firm committed to advancing equity through employment for individuals with disabilities who have criminal records. Our work centers on supported employment services, including job development, job coaching, and career planning tailored to each customer’s strengths and goals. We collaborate closely with community employers, partner agencies, and the Department of Corrections when needed to ensure our customers have the tools, access, and advocacy they need to succeed in the workforce.
