Our mission at Hospice of the Miami Valley is dedicated in providing compassionate, comfort care to patients and their families facing a life-limiting illness. Our first responsibility is to serve our patients and families with integrity, compassion and respect. Committed to creating an environment of healing, our interdisciplinary team approach of physical, psychosocial and spiritual services, supports each individual's life journey with comfort and dignity. Hospice of the Miami Valley is dedicated to serve those affected by serious illness and who need hospice services regardless of ability to pay.

Hospice of the Miami Valley is a nurse-founded and led organization providing a patient-centered and compassionate approach to those with serious illnesses. Covering the 13 counties in the Greater Miami Valley Area, hospice care can be provided whenever the patient calls home. Accreditation by the Community Home Accreditation Program (CHAP) validates that the hospice meets the industry's highest nationally recognized standards.
