We are founded on values that promote social justice, critical consciousness, self-sufficiency and grassroots leadership. Our strategies are innovative, multidimensional and promote the strengths and assets of children, families and communities. Fathum is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) in Maryland as well as an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) and is in the process of applying for the SBA 8(a) certification.
