Life is a journey, Meridian is there until the end, providing top and comfort care to our patients and families including pain management, spiritual services, and emotional support.

We provide healthcare at home; specializing in, pain management, care at end of life, companionship, and much more. Specifically, we are a Hospice and Palliative Care organization within the Chicago metropolitan area. Unlike other hospices, we provide special programs that have been proven to greatly enhance the quality of an individual's life including aroma therapy and hand massage. To name a few services that we provide: therapy/emotional support, volunteer coordination, and reviewing/assessing medications. We consist of a large group of clinicians: including Doctors, Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, CNAs, and Music Therapists, etc.
