Hospice, for us, is a calling to serve those who are facing one of life's most difficult moments. We will respect and honor the wishes of clients and families, and will do everything possible to make them more comfortable. We are passionately committed to providing the very best care, in the best place possible - home. Our dedicated team of caring professionals and volunteers will provide care with dignity, respect, and kindness in the comfort of home.

Interim Healthcare of Charleston has been delivering home health and senior care services with unmatched compassion since 1985. We serve those living in Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties. In 2022, we expanded into hospice care, offering holistic care to those facing life-limiting illness and their families. Our hospice team includes medical director, hospice nurse, social worker, hospice aide, chaplain, and volunteers. These volunteers are a vital component of the work of hospice!
