At SarahCare we pride ourselves on the professional qualifications of our staff. Registerd Nurses to administer prescribed medications, provide educational programs, manage day-to-day health needs, and attend to emergencies. A Social Worker to provide family support and assist with plans of care. Activity professionals to conduct personalized activity programs. Nursing Assistants to assist with personal care. A Dietary consultant to assist with meal plans and special diets.

SarahCare is located in North Plainfield, NJ. We are open Monday thru Friday 8am - 4pm.
