    About Us

    SarahCare strives to care for your family member just as you would by recognizing the uniqueness of each of our participants. We specialize in various impairments and health problems including:

    • Physical impairments
    • Alzheimer's and other Dementias
    • Stroke
    • Parkinson's disease
    • Diabetes
    • Developmental disabilities
    • Special diets
    • Incontinency problems
    • Isolation and lonliness

    At SarahCare we pride ourselves on the professional qualifications of our staff. Registerd Nurses to administer prescribed medications, provide educational programs, manage day-to-day health needs, and attend to emergencies. A Social Worker to provide family support and assist with plans of care. Activity professionals to conduct personalized activity programs. Nursing Assistants to assist with personal care. A Dietary consultant to assist with meal plans and special diets.

    SarahCare is located in North Plainfield, NJ. We are open Monday thru Friday 8am - 4pm.
