At The Care Team, we understand that facing illness can be an overwhelming experience for patients and their loved ones. That’s why we offer volunteer services to provide compassionate support and companionship to those who may need it. Our volunteers are dedicated to creating meaningful moments, offering comfort, and providing empathetic support to patients and their families. The Care Team offers hospice care services across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, with offices and local teams in each area.
