Mount Carmel Hospice and Palliative Care

Mount Carmel Hospice services provide expert treatment, counseling and care for patients and their families who are facing a life-limiting illness. Through careful attention to the relief of pain and discomfort, as well as the emotional and spiritual issues patients and families face, we provide end-of-life care with an understanding, private and empathetic sense that is unique to each patient and family.

The Mount Carmel Hospice team includes physicians, nurses, social workers, counselors, aides, trained volunteers, and chaplains who work with the attending physician to develop a care plan that is based on patient choice, careful implementation and daily communication.

Mount Carmel Hospice provides quality care for individuals diagnosed with a life-limiting illness and helps families through this difficult time. Our interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers, health aides, chaplains, counselors and trained volunteers work together to provide comfort and care with an emphasis on quality of life.
