The businesses must fall into our Local Flavor 'recipe for sustainability:' local food, art, culture, heritage and slow travel. We reinvest part of our profits into microenterprise development. Local Flavor provides both consultant services and a website directory featuring independent, locally owned businesses and related nonprofits, events and festivals.
