My practice is devoted to impacting public mental health and the common good through educating the public via my writing and clinical consultation about psychological issues that affect families and people in all walks of life. I help people impact others in their lives by helping them understand what is happening interpersonally and gain the skills to be grounded and focus on healing and positive impact. I have written over 100 articles pro bono that have been viewed and shared by over 200, 000 people.
